In 2022, TJ turned a lifelong passion into Kitchen of Flavors by TJ — a full-service catering company built on the belief that every event deserves food worth remembering. What began as catering for close friends and family quickly grew through word of mouth into a trusted name across San Diego, North County, Murrieta, and Temecula.
Today, Kitchen of Flavors by TJ is proudly a family-run business. My wife and kids are a huge part of what we do, along with the family and friends who work behind the scenes to help make every event possible. From prepping and cooking to serving our customers, there is a little bit of our family behind every plate.
