Our Policy on Payments & Attendance
Hello, wonderful SDCCC community members!
We're thrilled that you choose to be part of our monthly gatherings at the Legacy Center. To ensure we continue providing delicious meals and a beautiful venue for everyone, we've established the following policy:
No-Refund & No-Transfer Policy
Once you've registered and paid for a meeting, your payment is considered final.
We cannot offer refunds if you're unable to attend a meeting for any reason
Payments cannot be transferred or applied to future meetings
Why We Have This Policy
Your registration helps us plan! When you RSVP, we immediately:
Reserve your spot at the table
Order your fresh, delicious meal
Ensure adequate staffing and accommodations
Even if you can't make it, these costs have already been incurred on your behalf.
What You Can Do Instead
If you find you cannot attend after registering:
Consider sending a colleague or friend in your place (just let us know the name change!)
