Scott’s leadership journey began early—whether serving as student body president, leading state-wide student councils in Nevada, or captaining athletic teams, he’s always been drawn to guiding others. That passion continued into his college years, where he attended a semester at Georgetown University and worked on Capitol Hill for his U.S. Senator, gaining firsthand experience in national policy and public service. He went on to graduate from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, where his leadership and love for people continued to grow. His professional career launched in Omaha, Nebraska, where he began in the insurance industry and quickly rose into leadership, relocating to New England to manage regional sales for a major carrier.
