I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working mostly with teenagers and adults in individual, couple, and family settings. I have been practicing for 9 years treating a variety of areas such as depression, anxiety, family conflict, communication, anger/stress management, trauma, and self identify/self esteem.
My approach to working with client is person centered. I want to make sure you feel comfortable and safe to open up. The modalities of therapy I like to utilize in therapy are EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Oriented Therapy.
There is HOPE. I want to work collaboratively with you and lead you down a road of healing and self discovery. My goal is to make therapy productive and enjoyable for you to gain perspective and encouragement for everyday life.
