This past Thursday morning saw another packed house for the San Diego Christian Chamber of Commerce’s flagship event. The Monthly Breakfast and Speaker Series for February carried its signature energy and vibe over into a different section of the Legacy Center venue.
The Globe Room
Members appeared to have no trouble making their way to the ‘globe room’, finding familiar and kindred spirits gathered there to meet, greet, network, and encourage. Walking in, there was no doubt that it was on!

The lively interaction between vendors and attendees was evident at each table. Throughout the networking pit, enthusiastic conversations displayed the type of entrepreneurial passion that comes with a deeper sense of calling.
Opening Remarks
As members finished breakfast, Chamber CEO and Infused founder, Eve Nasby opened the speaking portion of the event in her usual sparkling manner. She was then joined onstage by Kristie Bruce-Lane, founder and CEO of The Thumbprint Project Foundation, our featured NonProfit of the Month.

Kristie Bruce-Lane, who is also running for California State Senate, then led the group in the pledge of allegiance and opening prayer. An impactful video presentation from the Thumbprint Project Foundation followed opening remarks as the group settled into their seats for Dr. Marks.
Keynote Speaker: Dr. Richard Marks
Dr. Richard Marks needed little introduction. But his story is integral to his message. In Eve Nasby’s own words,
Richard Marks didn’t just deliver a keynote. He delivered a transformation. From the moment he stepped on that stage, Richard commanded the room with the kind of energy, clarity, and conviction that reminds you why you showed up. He didn’t just inform — he ignited. Every word was intentional. Every insight was actionable. And every person in that room left with something they didn’t walk in with — a new perspective, a renewed sense of purpose, and the tools to take their next bold step. This is what it looks like when knowledge meets passion. When preparation meets inspiration. Richard Marks is the real deal — a speaker who understands that information without transformation is just noise. He gave us both.

Door Prizes
The anticipated customary tradition of door prize/raffle awards closed out yet another event for the books. For newest Chamber Member, Gabe Orozco, the morning turned out to be rather eventful, gaining both a public introduction from the podium and valuable door prize from Emerald Member Copia Wealth Management & Insurance Services. Copia Founder and author, Elisabeth Dawson personally delivered the coveted package to Mr Orozco.
