You ask it things.Level 2. You work with it.Level 3. It works for you\, because it knows you and your business. \n\n\n\nIn this workshop\, we work in Level 3 \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nAt the Legacy Resort Hotel and Spa (in the Library) \n\n\n\n875 Hotel Circle South\, San Diego\, CA 92108 \n\n\n\nMonday September 14th\, 1pm – 4pm \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe San Diego Christian Chamber of Commerce \n\n\n\nis hosting its first AI workshop on Monday\, September 14\, 2026. \n\n\n\nIf you’re an owner-operator\, entrepreneur\, leader\, or professional who spends a good part of your week answering email\, writing proposals\, putting together marketing\, and doing other jobs the same way every time\, this one is for you. \n\n\n\nThree hours at your own laptop. Come ready to work. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nWhat you’ll build \n\n\n\nThree things\, and each one does a different job. \n\n\n\n\nIt knows you. Set it up once\, so you stop re-explaining how you work and what you want. (These are called global instructions.)\n\n\n\nIt knows your business. A place where the background is already loaded\, so you don’t start from scratch every time you sit down. (This is called a project.)\n\n\n\nIt does the job. One task you repeat every week\, done on request from then on. (This is called a skill.)\n\n\n\n\nWe’ll also look at two things on screen: AI reading through your inbox and telling you what needs an answer\, and a short briefing every morning with what’s on your plate that day. \n\n\n\nA word about judgment \n\n\n\nThese tools are fast\, and they sound certain even when they’re wrong. We’ll spend a few minutes on where your own discernment has to stay in the loop\, because that part doesn’t transfer. \n\n\n\nThere’s artificial intelligence. There’s no artificial wisdom. \n\n\n\nWhat you’ll leave with \n\n\n\nBy the end of the afternoon it will know you and your business\, and it will handle one job you do every week. \n\n\n\nMost people come in asking where AI could fit in their business. By the end they’re pointing at things in their own week and saying\, that one. \n\n\n\nPrompts stop fitting when the task changes. Understanding how it works doesn’t. \n\n\n\nThe setup happens this afternoon. Learning to see where else it goes takes a few weeks\, and that part is yours. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYour instructor\n\n\n\nJ Brad Britton has spent forty years training salespeople and leaders\, in rooms of five people to five thousand people. Through his consulting company\, Leadership Lighthouse\, he teaches AI cohorts and builds AI systems inside multi-million-dollar businesses. He’s currently running a cohort of business leaders through the same setup you’ll build on the 14th. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nWhat to bring \n\n\n\n\nA laptop computer.\n\n\n\nAn account on Claude or ChatGPT\, whichever one you already use. You’ll need at least the $20 monthly plan\, because some of what we build isn’t available on the free versions.\n\n\n\nNo experience required. If you’ve only ever used AI as a glorified Google search or to help write an email\, that’s plenty. If you’ve done a good deal more than that\, there’s plenty here for you too.\n\n\n\n\nYou decide what business information goes into these tools.  \n\n\n\nWe’ll talk about what belongs in them and what doesn’t.
